What are the dates of this promotion?
Purchase agreements must be made and the transactions closed in 2008. Only sales made through Meritage Homes Tucson Division and Meritage Active Adult communities qualify.

 

When will I receive my World Tour bonus gift card?
The gift card bonuses are paid at COE. The 3% commission will be paid per Meritage Homes Tucson's and Active Adult's standard practice*

 

Does the Broker/Agent need to "join in" prior to the closing of his/her first sale in order to qualify for the program?
No, the Broker doesn't need to register - just the individual agent needs to register to be able to participate. All bonuses will be distributed to the broker with a letter from Meritage Homes, and a 2nd letter will be sent to the agent letting them know to pick up their gift card from the broker.

 

If there were four agents working for the same Broker and collectively they introduced buyers that resulted in a total of 8 closings, would be Broker be awarded the "Star Level" $10,000 Travel Voucher?
No. The tiered compensation structure of the Program applies to the closings of a single agent and is not cumulative to all the sales within a brokerage office.

 

If an agent changes Realty offices, what happens to his/her points?
The points will transfer and the new Broker will be graced with the participation level the agent was at.

 

Who gets the gift cards and the Travel Voucher?

When the $10,000 Travel Voucher is issued, does it have to be redeemed for a specific trip?
No. You can use the value of the Voucher for any travel arrangements.

Disclaimer: Only licensed Arizona real estate agents may participate with sales and successful closings made between January 1st, 2008 and December 31st 2008 only at Meritage Homes Tucson and Meritage Active Adult communities. Closings from other Meritage divisions will not be accepted. Real Estate agents must sign up for the program in order to be eligible for program rewards. Meritage Homes will be responsible for tracking the number of closings and is sole authority on verifying the numbers of closings achieved. This promotion is subject to change at any time and additional restrictions may apply. **Your commission is paid on the total final sales price. For home more than 30 days from closing, you may request an advance on the selling commission, either 50% or 100%, to be paid up front, provided all requirements are met.
